ESEP-G, ESEP-UC, ESEP-INDIA 2023 Report

Overview

 In the summer of 2023, our programs were held in person for the first time in four years. We organized three programs: ESEP-G, ESEP-UC, ESEP-INDIA.

 In ESEP-G, 18 students, in ESEP-UC, 7 students, and in ESEP-INDIA, 3 students were selected and assigned to laboratories based on their preferences. Under the supervision of their faculty advisors, they engaged in intensive research activities from Monday through Friday and gained valuable hands-on experience.

 In addition to their research activities, they enjoyed our extracurricular activities. They experienced Japanese culture, deepened their understanding of Japan, and strengthened their bond with each other.

 As the programs drew to a close, many participants expressed a desire to return to the University of Tokyo in the future to conduct research activities. Their positive feedback underscored the success of the programs in providing a fulfilling summer experience.
