ESEP-G, ESEP-UC 2024 Report

Overview

 In the summer of 2024, we welcomed 20 students for ESEP-G and 5 students for ESEP-UC, conducting a fulfilling program that lasted approximately six weeks.

 Selected participants were assigned to laboratories based on their preferences.　Under the supervision of their faculty advisors, they engaged in intensive research activities from Monday through Friday and gained valuable hands-on experience.

  In addition to their research activities, they enjoyed our extracurricular activities. Students from various countries experienced Japanese culture, deepened their understanding of Japan and strengthened their bond with each other. They also enjoyed weekends of sightseeing throughout Japan with other participants.

 At the end of the program, some students expressed interest in returning to the same laboratory and are preparing to apply for next year’s admission to the University of Tokyo.
